The Petition of Thomas Skuse Sr and Thomas Sullivan both of the Town of Flushing
Respectuflly Showeth: That Richard Skuse late of the Town of Flushing in the County of Queens, departed this life at the said town, on the 29th day of June in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six having previously made and executed his Last Will and Testament, dated May 27,1886 in and by which he devised and bequeathed both real and personal estate, and in which he nominated and appointed your petitioners as the Executors thereof.
That the deceased left him suriviving as his only heirs at law and next of kin.
His widow Eliza Skuse residing at College Point Town of Flushing, and of full age Three Children, viz:
Thomas Skuse of the age of 18 years
Frances Skuse of the age of 13 years
William Skuse o fthe age of 11 years
all resididing with their mother Eliza Skuse at College Point aforesaid and having no General Guardian
